• Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and advocacy; trial or mock trial experience is a plus.

Role Description

The attorney will manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including case evaluation, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and preparing for mediations, hearings, and trial. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing evidence, communicating with opposing counsel and insurers, and developing case strategies. The role also involves negotiating settlements, appearing in court, supervising support staff on case-related tasks, and ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met. The attorney will be expected to maintain detailed file documentation, adhere to firm policies and ethical standards, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
