You will handle diverse matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, take depositions, and mentor junior staff. Texas bar licensed candidates with strong research and courtroom advocacy are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas bar license in good standing.
• 3–7 years of civil litigation experience; experience in real estate, probate, or business litigation is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Strong research, writing, courtroom advocacy, and business judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including real estate, probate, business law, and civil litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive briefing with minimal oversight.
• Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Develop case strategy and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as the team grows.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client development and practice growth.
