Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

What You Will Do

• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements for class, PAGA, and individual claims
• Prepare motions for preliminary/final approval, briefs, declarations, and proposed orders
• Coordinate class notices, distributions, and administrator bids
• Communicate with clients about payments, declarations, and timelines
• Appear in court for approvals, conferences, and accounting hearings
• Track deadlines, filings, and follow‑up with opposing counsel
• Supervise staff and ensure accurate filing and timely administration
• Collaborate with firm accountant regarding distributions and settlement funds

What We Are Looking For

Must‑Haves

• 2–5 years settlement‑focused experience (class actions, PAGA, or employment claims)
• Proven ability drafting agreements, motions, and settlement documentation
• Client communication and negotiation experience
• Ability to manage multiple active settlement matters concurrently

Preferred

• Experience coordinating with settlement administrators
• Comfortable supervising support staff and process workflows
