Qualifications

• Must be capable of handling complex legal matters from intake through verdict.
• Experience in Massachusetts Superior Court and District of Massachusetts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend carriers and insureds in various legal actions.
• Draft and argue legal motions in court.
• Take and defend depositions throughout New England.
• Coordinate expert retention for litigation.
• Participate in jury trials and legal proceedings.
