Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Philadelphia office, focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.

Candidates should have experience with litigation involving first‑party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage disputes, and insurance agents/brokers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
• Represent clients in property claims, bad faith, and coverage disputes.
• Prepare and submit pleadings, witness statements, and exhibits.
• Appear in court, depositions, and trials as required.
• Collaborate with team and mentor associates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with first‑party property claims, UM/UIM, Pennsylvania bad faith law, and coverage disputes.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania; admission to New Jersey is a plus.
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Availability for in‑person court appearances and hearings.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
