Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Connecticut Bar License required.

• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
• Manage all phases of litigation from initial client consultation through resolution.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and AI.
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
