Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a national multi‑office defense firm, is seeking new or recently admitted Florida‑licensed attorneys with an interest in learning Workers' Compensation defense for our Tampa, FL office. We are open to hiring and training attorneys who have no experience in this area.

Responsibilities

Work will involve reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records, drafting motions, covering hearings, preparing clients for depositions, attending depositions and defending fact and expert witnesses, drafting summary‑judgment motions, and responding to discovery.
