Job summary

Confidential Employer in Texas seeks an experienced family law attorney to manage a caseload from intake through resolution with minimal supervision. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances while drafting pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

This hybrid role offers remote work most days, with court appearances in Kaufman and Rockwall counties as needed. Texas Bar license and 1+ year family law experience required; senior attorneys encouraged to

Responsibilities

• Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategy and provide trusted legal counsel to clients.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for litigation when necessary.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service while achieving favorable outcomes.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based near Forney, Texas. Most attorneys work remotely and come into the office only one to two days per week. Candidates may live anywhere in Texas as long as they can appear in court in Kaufman and Rockwall Counties as needed.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 1 year of family law experience with the ability to independently manage cases without extensive initial training.
