Orionplacement in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking an attorney to manage construction litigation and medical malpractice matters through multiple phases of the litigation process. You will handle commercial and civil matters from initial claim through trial, draft pleadings and discovery, and collaborate with clients and experts.

Required is a J.D. from an accredited law school, active NY Bar admission, and 1+ year of relevant litigation experience.

Location

This is an on-site position in Poughkeepsie, New York, offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced litigation team in a collaborative, professional environment.

Note:

Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have at least 1 year of construction litigation and/or medical malpractice litigation experience. We are specifically seeking an attorney with directly relevant experience who can step in and contribute quickly.
