Job summary

Executive Alliance in New York seeks a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of Construction or Commercial Litigation experience. The role requires strong writing, research, and client‑facing skills, plus familiarity with discovery and complex filings.

The attorney will handle drafting of pleadings, briefs, memoranda and discovery materials, maintain client relationships, and attend court conferences when needed. NY admission is required. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Attorney should have significant experience with complex commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to write complex briefs and memoranda.
• Experience with electronic discovery and legal research.
• Prepare legal memoranda and assist drafting pleadings, briefs and discovery documents.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analyze complex issues for litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and discovery demands.
