Overview

Highly rated business and fiduciary services law firm is looking for a capable and committed litigation attorney with experience in commercial litigation and probate/trust litigation. Candidates who have experience in commercial litigation and have the desire to learn probate and trust litigation will also be considered. If you are a proactive “doer” with the desire to learn and are ready to take a significant step forward in your legal career then this is the opportunity for you. Ideal candidates must have the experience to handle cases with minimal oversight, they must be able to think strategically about their cases and be prepared to be the primary point of contact with clients.

This is a full-time, on-site position at the firms Orlando, Florida office. However, the firm’s technology and systems enable their attorneys to work seamlessly from anywhere and they support flexibility. Attorneys are encouraged to have a work-life balance but at work must be responsive, efficient, possess excellent research and writing abilities, clear and transparent communication skills, and always focused on the best possible outcome for their clients.
