Qualificações

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware state bar and active membership.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, from pre-trial through trial.
• Analyze legal issues and develop effective strategies to achieve successful resolutions.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct thorough legal research.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
