The ideal candidate will have a JD, an active North Carolina license, and at least one year of civil litigation experience, with strengths in research, writing, and advocacy. A collaborative, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active NC license to practice law.
• 1 year of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability, or construction defect is a plus.

• Manage assigned cases and develop case strategy.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage written discovery, take and defend depositions, appear in courts.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
