Job summary

Jobot is seeking a permanent Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team in Havertown, PA. You will handle a broad mix of Plaintiff, Civil, and Insurance Litigation, providing comprehensive counsel and representation.

Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, active New Jersey Bar membership, and at least five years in a law firm or corporate legal department. Excellent research, writing and negotiation skills are essential.

Active membership in the New Jersey Bar.
Minimum 5 years in plaintiff/civil/insurance litigation.
Proven track record in managing litigation and settlements.
Strong research and writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of matters.
Handle civil litigation: pleadings, discovery, settlements, and court appearances.
Manage plaintiff litigation with client collaboration and strategy development.
Oversee insurance litigation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft high-quality briefs and memoranda with clarity and accuracy.
Stay updated on laws and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.
