Martinian Lawyers in Los Angeles seeks a diligent Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle litigation matters, including personal injury cases, and possess strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.

You will represent clients through all phases of litigation, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, negotiate settlements, and appear in court. Fluency in Spanish is required for client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license to practice law.
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience; personal injury experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
• Proven written, verbal, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on case progress and potential outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters, preferably including personal injury cases, and possess excellent advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills. This role involves representing clients throughout all phases of litigation, providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and ensure exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice to clients regarding case progress and potential outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license to practice law (required).
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; personal injury litigation experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal research.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with legal research platforms and case management software is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
