CyberCoders is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients who have suffered harm due to negligence. You will manage a caseload of plaintiff-side PI matters, communicate clearly with clients, develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and litigate when needed for maximum recovery.

The role requires strong trial advocacy, legal research, and case management skills with a client-centered focus.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited school and bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years representing plaintiffs in personal injury or civil litigation; trial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and tort claims.
• Conduct client intake, evaluate case merits, counsel on options, timelines and outcomes.
• Develop litigation strategies: draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials.
• Manage all case preparation: gather evidence, work with experts, review medical records, and compute damages.
• Negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel for fair settlements; prepare for mediation/ADR.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients who have suffered physical, emotional, or financial harm due to the negligence of others. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, provide compassionate and clear client communication, develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and litigate when necessary to achieve maximum recovery. This role requires strong trial advocacy, legal research, and case management skills with a commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, workplace injuries, and other tort claims.
• Conduct client intake, evaluate case merits, and counsel clients on legal options, timelines, and likely outcomes.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies: draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial materials.
• Manage all aspects of case preparation: gather and analyse evidence, work with experts, review medical records, and calculate damages.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to obtain fair settlements; prepare cases for mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Advocate for clients at hearings and trials, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, witness examination, and post-trial motions.
• Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and firm policies.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, investigators, and support staff to streamline case workflow and client service.
• Provide timely status updates to clients, explain legal concepts in plain language, and maintain client confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury or civil litigation matters; litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with plaintiff-side personal injury practice, including negotiating with insurers and managing contingency-fee cases.
• Strong litigation skills: drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legal issues to clients clearly and compassionately.
• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload, prioritize deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with medical records review, understanding of damages calculation, and experience working with expert witnesses.
• High ethical standards, client-centered orientation, and strong negotiation skills.
• Preferred skills: Plaintiff, Personal Injury, Attorney, Litigation experience; trial victories or significant settlement track record is a plus.
