Qualifications

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
