Practice focuses on premises liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, auto accident claims, and maritime law. Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations (with increasing responsibility over time).
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 3-5 years experience in litigation or insurance defense is a plus but not required.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with one or more of the following: premises liability, personal injury, workers’comp, auto claims, or maritime law.
• Courtroom or deposition experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
