• 2-7 years of litigation experience required.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.
• Ability to work in-office in Round Rock, TX, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation docket; handle zoom hearings and motions.
• Represent appraisal districts and appraisal review boards.
• Maintain deadlines, communicate clearly with clients, and manage a busy caseload.
• Occasional conferences off-site; in-office with potential trial appearances.
• Possibly negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relations.
