Who We’re Looking For:

Pre-Litigation Attorneys (All U.S. States)

Experience: 2-3 years handling personal injury law cases

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate cases and manage caseloads efficiently
2. Collaborate with our intake team to sign up new cases
3. Stay up to date on legislation and regulations in your licensed state(s)
4. Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients
5. Maintain strong communication and client relationships
6. Work with precision, empathy, and analytical thinking

Litigation/Trial Attorneys (South Carolina, New York and Mississippi)

Experience: 2-3 years in litigation, trial experience preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
2. Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
3. Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
4. Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Salary for DUAL state Litigation Attorney: $150,000 - $250,000 range (Base min 150k plus Bonus)

Salary for Prelitigation Attorney: $100,000 base + great Bonus structure
