Orion Placement is hiring in Brandon, FL for a licensed Florida attorney to handle varied litigation matters from inception to resolution. This on-site role offers direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the chance to own a substantial caseload.

Applicants must be licensed in Florida with 1+ year of litigation experience; strong research and writing skills; ability to manage multiple matters and develop business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide trusted legal counsel.
• Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with team members as needed.
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilize legal research platforms and case management tools effectively.
