You will manage cases from assignment through resolution, conduct client depositions, perform legal research, draft pleadings, and participate in a rotating weekend call schedule.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice.
• 2–3 years’ asbestos litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client depositions, including travel as needed to best serve clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to explain legal processes and provide case updates.
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and case development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Handle motion practice when necessary.
• Participate in a rotating weekend call center schedule.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 2–3 years of experience in Plaintiff's asbestos litigation strongly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
