Full‑time. Missouri Bar required. No billable hours. $130,000 – $170,000 total compensation. Uncapped origination bonus.
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.
Refer a case to the firm and earn one‑third of the firm's fee at resolution — on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.
