Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.

You'll handle all aspects of representing clients in their workers' compensation matters — from the moment a case opens through each resolution — while providing direction and supervision to non-attorney staff to ensure full compliance with workers' compensation laws, regulations, and labor codes.
