DM Injury Law in Kansas City, MO seeks a Bilingual Associate Attorney (Personal Injury) to manage personal injury caseloads, negotiate with insurers, and serve English- and Spanish-speaking clients. The attorney will supervise non-attorney staff, collaborate with the legal team, and contribute to high-volume, fast-paced case work across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license required.
• At least 1 year of civil practice experience required.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Active Kansas Bar license preferred.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in both languages.

$115,000 – $170,000 Total Compensation

Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.

ORIGINATION BONUS — UNCAPPED, PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN

Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution — on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.

This role sits inside our Kansas City office. You'll collaborate with the legal team — sharing knowledge and expertise — to ensure the highest standard of legal services for every client. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll serve a vital role in connecting our Spanish-speaking clients with the representation they deserve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process
