Job summary

LeoForce in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to defend healthcare providers in medical malpractice and professional liability cases. The role requires handling a diverse caseload, drafting filings, conducting discovery, and taking/defending depositions with expert coordination.

The attorney will contribute to trial preparation, mediation participation, and strategic guidance for clients in complex civil litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• 8+ years of litigation experience.
• Medical malpractice defense or professional liability experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling cases through trial preparation preferred.
