Job Details

Responsibilities:

• 1. Handling all aspects of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal.
• 2. Representing clients in court and making regular court appearances.
• 3. Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on current laws and regulations.
• 4. Drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests and other legal documents.
• 5. Managing cases, including investigating claims, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements.
• 6. Collaborating with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
• 7. Providing exceptional client service, including maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.

Qualifications

• 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in litigation.
• 3. Proven experience in trial, personal injury, asbestos, and legal research.
• 4. Proficient in drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• 5. Exceptional courtroom presence with extensive experience making court appearances.
• 6. Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
