Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, focusing on real estate, civil litigation, and creditors’ rights.
• Handle bench trials and motions, demonstrating a strong foundation in civil procedure, motions, and loss mitigation.
• Manage cases effectively using case management and reporting software.
• Attend court appearances and travel as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure proactive communication and excellent client care.
• Demonstrate expertise in Title & Lien Priority, Title Claims, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA matters.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, motions, and litigation practices.
• Comfortable with court appearances and travel as required.
• Proficient in case management software.
• Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to client satisfaction and effective problem-solving.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active CA Bar License (required).
• Additional Bar Licenses are a plus.
