A national full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic team in California. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including general liability, product liability, construction defect, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation experience and a proven ability to handle all phases of discovery and litigation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Manage various litigation cases, including general liability, product liability, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
- Conduct all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Maintain an efficient case management system and update clients regularly.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in litigation.
- Strong background in managing complex litigation matters.
- Experience with all phases of discovery, including depositions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Admitted to practice law in California.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills:
- Strong litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Proficiency in Westlaw or similar legal research tools.
