Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate to join our New York team. The Litigation Associate will handle all aspects of litigation, including preparing and filing legal motions, conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing discovery and depositions(EBTs), and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will also have no-fault experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional committed to providing exceptional legal services. While this role is remote, the successful applicant will be required to appear in-person in court and for necessary discovery appearances.
