Trustpoint.One is partnered with a boutique litigation firm in Midtown Manhattan seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney for a contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to a permanent Associate position.

The role involves handling high-stakes commercial disputes across industries, with direct client exposure, significant courtroom experience, and direct contribution to case strategy from day one. Location is Midtown Manhattan; onsite with occasional remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Active New York Bar admission required; NJ/CA a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, discovery motions, and other key filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis involving complex and often novel legal issues.
• Participate in discovery strategy, depositions, witness preparation, and case development.
• Work directly with partners and clients on high‑value disputes.
• Take ownership of assignments while collaborating closely with a highly skilled team.
• Contribute to matters involving securities litigation and cryptocurrency matters.

Founded by attorneys from prominent BigLaw firms and built around delivering exceptional client service, this growing practice handles high-stakes commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, including securities, investor-related, cryptocurrency, and other complex business matters.

This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being deeply involved in every stage of litigation and wants more than a narrowly defined role on a large team. Here, you'll work side‑by‑side with experienced litigators, gain meaningful courtroom and client exposure, and contribute directly to case strategy from day one.

What You'll Do

• Manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters through all phases of the litigation lifecycle
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, discovery motions, and other key filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis involving complex and often novel legal issues
• Participate in discovery strategy, depositions, witness preparation, and case development
• Work directly with partners and clients on high‑value disputes
• Take ownership of assignments while collaborating closely with a highly skilled team
• Contribute to matters involving securities litigation, investor disputes, cryptocurrency, and other cutting‑edge commercial issues

What Our Client is Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court
• Demonstrated experience drafting dispositive motions, substantive briefs, and complex discovery motions
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
• Experience with or interest in securities, investor‑related, cryptocurrency, and sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• Active New York Bar admission required
• Additional admission in New Jersey and/or California is a plus
