Job summary

Bravura Group, P.C. in Minneapolis, MN seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation to join our growing practice.

This position offers direct client contact, strategy development, depositions, motions, mediations, and trials, with mentorship from seasoned litigators. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Minnesota (or eligible for admission), possess strong research and writing skills, superb oral advocacy, and the ability to manage matters

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-trial and trial strategy, prepare pleadings and motions.
• Take and defend depositions; conduct client and witness interviews.
• Review, organize, and analyze complex documents and evidence.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda; communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation; handle appeals as needed.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and experts to advance cases.

Bravura Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our growing litigation practice.

• Professionalism, sound judgment, and a client-first mindset
• Experience with trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, or business litigation is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational background, and overall qualifications.

• Preparing for and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Assisting with appellate matters
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts
• Strong client service orientation and sound professional judgment
• Experience with Relativity, Cimplifi, or similar litigation support software is preferred
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing practice
