Protouch Staffing is seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney to join our clients' litigation group in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The role focuses on managing complex civil and business litigation from inception through resolution, including client consultations, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of civil litigation experience, an active Michigan Bar license, and strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
• Significant experience handling complex business litigation in state and federal courts
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to practicing law
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Familiarity with the Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne County courts
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

What You’ll Do
