Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 10+ years of experience in litigation, municipal law, and insurance defense to join our Clinton Township, Michigan office. The role requires managing cases from inception through resolution and handling depositions, research, and negotiations.

Ideal candidates will possess a JD from an ABA-approved law school, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation, municipal law, and/or insurance defense.
• Current Michigan Bar admission in good standing.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motion practice, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions, legal research, and writing.
