In this role, you will manage contested probate, trust, guardianship, and conservatorship matters from inception to resolution, providing representation for fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in various courts. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, managing discovery phases, and developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior partners. Candidates should possess a J.D. and be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, with strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in probate and trust litigation is preferred, and you will also mentor junior staff and maintain regular client communication.
