You will manage cases from filing to resolution, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with paralegals and support staff in a high-volume practice that values technology and results.

Qualifications

• Active Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC.
• Litigation experience with trial exposure and courtroom experience.
• Ability to manage cases independently and advocate for clients.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and modern legal tools, including AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for litigation.

• Negotiate favorable settlements while aggressively advocating for clients' interests
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive successful case outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC
• Litigation experience with trial exposure and courtroom experience
• Ability to manage cases independently and confidently advocate for clients

• Bonus Structure: Commission based on settlements and awards, typically ranging from 5-10%
