Qualifications

Join Lozano Smith's Litigation Practice Group and make a meaningful impact on the communities that serve California. We are seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to represent public agencies and school districts in a variety of litigation matters. In this role, you will manage complex cases from inception through resolution, including trials, appeals, and administrative proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience, a passion for public agency and education law, and be dedicated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex litigation issues with professionalism and expertise. A proven track record handling civil litigation and administrative hearings is highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Representing public entities in state and federal court in administrative hearings.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to public agency law, and education law.

Salary: $145,000 - $225,000/year
