Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and substantive litigation documents
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral argument as needed
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case evaluation
• Handle case development including written discovery and factual investigation
