Bizzano Law, LLC is a boutique firm based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Our practice focuses on contested guardianships and conservatorships, trust and estate litigation, and fiduciary disputes, with occasional real estate and business matters.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experienceto join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for the position to grow into a full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation and wants meaningful responsibility, interesting work, and the flexibility and collegiality of a small-firm environment.
You will be involved in all aspects of cases, from developing strategy and working directly with clients to taking depositions, arguing motions, handling contested hearings, negotiating resolutions, and preparing cases for trial. Depending on experience, you will have opportunities to independently manage matters while collaborating with the firm's other attorneys on larger and more complex cases.
