BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join our King of Prussia, PA office. The role handles a diverse caseload across premises liability, products liability, trucking, employment, and premises security, with opportunities for direct client interaction and collaboration with adversaries and judges.

You will participate in arbitration, depositions, trials, and motions, manage discovery, and advise clients on litigation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bar license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in arbitration, mediation, and trials in state and federal courts.
• Prepare and draft discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct and defend party depositions.
• Conduct expert witness discovery and depositions.
• Evaluate medical issues and prepare causation of injury defense.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution plans.
• Participate in mock trials and focus groups for large value matters.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Draft pretrial and post-trial motions.
