Jobot is seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney with a focus on medical malpractice to join our fast-paced legal team in Kendall, FL. The attorney will manage all aspects of cases from inception to resolution, including strategy, discovery, motions, trial, and appeal.
The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate, active Florida bar, and at least 2 years of litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Comprehensive benefits are available.
Salary: $130,000 - $195,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice, along with excellent legal research and writing skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
