Our client, a boutique law firm in the Houston area, is seeking a contract attorney located in Houston, Texas with at least 5-7 years of experience in litigation and at least 2nd chair trial experience.

The ideal candidate would have Texas civil litigation experience, preparing pleadings and motions, engaging in discovery, handling depositions, and attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.

The position will involve these practice areas : commercial litigation, real property, condemnation, construction, contracts, and insurance.
