Association Law Group P L in Brickell, Florida, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney for a full-time role. The boutique firm has proudly served clients for over 20 years and offers an ocean-front office environment with a collegial team.

The attorney will manage business and commercial litigation from start to finish, argue motions, handle discovery, depositions, and trials, and collaborate with partners on strategy and client counseling. 5–8 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of litigation experience (commercial and/or real estate litigation preferred).
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with partners and clients.
• Some business preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
