BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Attorney in Destin, FL to represent clients in civil and business litigation from inception through resolution. This full-time, in-person role requires a dedicated professional to join a dynamic legal team.

You will develop case strategy, conduct discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials. Florida Bar admission is required, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD required (JD degree).
• Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–5 years of civil/business litigation experience.
• First-chair trial experience preferred.
