Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Delaware laws and civil litigation procedures.
• Proven experience in discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases remotely.
• Preferred: experience with Delaware Superior Court and Court of Chancery.
• Preferred: background in complex civil or commercial litigation.
• Preferred: strong courtroom advocacy and case management skills.
