Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Georgia-based litigation attorney to handle civil matters from inception through resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery, conduct extensive legal research, and develop litigation strategy under the mentorship of seasoned trial attorneys.

Early ownership of meaningful cases, direct mentorship, and a clear track toward partnership are key benefits. The role requires strong writing, research, and advocacy, with the ability to manage multiple cases

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership, or the ability to become licensed promptly.
• 2 to 8 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings.
