Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role based in Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in SC, in good standing, with additional state licensures preferred, and has experience with evidence rules, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and property litigation.

You will manage litigation caseload from referral to disposition, attend hearings, draft and review documents, and provide research on applicable statutes. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SC Bar membership required.
• Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or evictions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and state/federal rules.

Requirements

Education
