Job summary

The Dominguez Firm is an established personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team, offering real trial opportunities and strong support staff.

This role requires an active California State Bar license and 3+ years of PI litigation experience; you will manage cases from filing through trial, handle depositions, motions, and settlements, and work closely with paralegals and clients.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license (required).
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff side preferred).
• Experience managing cases independently.
• Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts, PMKs).
• Appear at law and motion hearings.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Work closely with paralegals, case managers, and support staff.
• Conduct case evaluations and damages analysis.
• Maintain compliance with California litigation deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear case strategy updates.
