Litigation Attorneys are responsible for representing lenders, banks, and financial institutions to recover assets and manage default servicing cases through structured litigation. You will make court appearances, prepare legal documents, and achieve ideal case outcomes on behalf of assigned clients. You are responsible for representing the firm professionally through timeliness and compliant processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with an average of 40 hours per week. Position may require extended hours and flexible availability outside of the regular business schedule.
