The successful candidate will exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel, and consistently produce high-quality work product.
We recognize that experienced attorneys have different professional goals and preferred workloads. Accordingly, compensation is designed to be flexible and competitive.
Base salary will be determined based upon the candidate’s experience together with mutually agreed annual billable-hour and collection expectations. Attorneys will also have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses and additional compensation tied to productivity, collections, and business development.
